Brovary is a small town and the range of goods there cannot be compared with the capabilities of Kiev, Odessa, or Kharkov, etc.

Nevertheless, we really would like very much the recipients in Brovary to not be deprived in any way in comparison with residents of a large cities. We will do anything we can to provide the delivery of any flowers and any gifts from our catalog. However, it is possible at the only one case: If the order is placed and paid in advance, at least 3-4 days prior the delivery date. In this case, we have enough time to prepare all the flowers and gifts ordered.

If your order is supposed to be fulfilled at the same day, that it arrived - Alas! At such case we could collect the ordered items from the those, that are available in Brovary stores at the moment. Needless to say, that partial substitutions are inevitable: some flowers in a bouquet or arrangement, gifts, or their components, etc.

We should assure our customers however, that our florists do their best for keeping "the spirit", or "general impression" same as a photo on the site creates. We keep the color, size and class of the flowers primarily. If the new flowers are less expensive, then we take just more number - so that the cost of the composition remains unchanged.

The same can be said about gifts. For example, you ordered a set of fish delicacies, but the courier could not find, say, "Cold smoked Oil fish" in the Brovary stores. The courier then will buy another one of the same (or higher) class fish.

One more item that might be unavailable at our town is Macarons. We offer it as a part of some arrangements as well as a separate gift. This delicacy is quite rare here and we could either substitute it with Raffaello candies or to move delivery 2-3 days ahead. At this case we could mail macarons to our flower shop for delivery here.

People go to Churches from the early morning of the Eater day to consecrate a baskets with some food. They also would expect a similar baskets from their guests. • "Krashanki" - painted boiled eggs
• a bottle of a specific "church" Easter sweet red wine, normally "Kagor"

Is delivery of any bouquet or gift from Brovary flower shop guaranteed?

Yes, any item can be delivered. However it can be done if the order arrives at least 2-3-4 days prior delivery date.

Take into consideration, that we actually are a local flower shop and sell a fresh flower bouquets and arrangements. One day we thought, that it would be a great idea to please our customers by adding some lovely gifts for delivery. We did. Then we got more ideas and added more items. The list of items that can be delivered in Brovary. is really impressive now.

Needless to say, that getting orders for flowers and, say, a soft toy, or delicacies basket, or a set of chocolates or cosmetics, we have to search for those items around at the local supermarkets and shops. Sometimes we have to visit up to 10 shops unless we find and collect the right things.

Sometimes it happens so, that we can't find it at the Brovary shops. At that case we organize its mailing from the other Brovary.

By the way, it makes sense for flowers as well. The point is that flowers is a product, that can't wait to be bought for a long time. Flowers are supplying and selling at our floral shop permanently, so, availability and number of flowers that are available at the moment change constantly. It may happen that the ordered flowers are not available at the moment, but its supply could be provided during the next 2-3 days.

Such extra efforts and expenses we totally take on our behalf. All we ask our customers for is to give us enough time to fulfill their flower and gifts delivery orders.

If the order arrives "for today delivery", we have no time to collect all the necessary flowers and items from the other cities. At such case we'll have no other way, than to substitute some flowers or gifts with those, that are available at the moment.
