IMPORTANT INFO: We are a flower shop. Butterflies are producing at 2 specific farms in Ukraine and they should take a long trip to be presented at the other destination of Ukraine. So, there are some important nuances that a customer should know regarding this specific item:

1) Butterflies delivery is possible at the big cities and some smaller towns - it depends on the direct public transportation between the farm and the delivery town. We can send Butterflies of such transportation exists.

2) Public transportation can be closed completely at some periods like Quarantine. At such periods we are not able to deliver Alive Butterflies (as being ALIVE, they can't be just mailed by a regular post)

3) A cold frosty winter periods are not a good time for sending this specific gift. Butterflies are tropical insects and feel good at the very warm atmosphere. If temperature becomes lower than 22C (70F) they loose their activity and go sleeping.

4) Please, order Alive Tropical Butterflies as addition to flowers ONLY. Orders that do not include flowers might be cancelled and refunded at our side.

5) Please, order Butterflies 2-4 days prior delivery date so that we have a chance to get it delivered to our flower shop for the further delivery to the receiver.
